Blue Sage sometimes called Russian Sage. It is really drought tollerent here in the desert but really, really hard to take photos of as blossoms are so tiny. It is blooming right now and starting to give me baby plants as it spreads well from seed.
Retirement has finally come and I find myself living on a small property on the New Mexico desert. I live with my husband and my pets that include 4 cats, 2 dogs, 2 horses, and 2 ponies. Most of our pets were in need of a good home when I took them in. I like to raise flowers, and houseplants, and I try to garden but it can be difficult here on this sand dune. I sometimes attempt to write fiction and nonfiction stories. I love to take photos and share them. I enjoy watching the sun rise in the morning and the moon rise in the evening, and love watching nature. I am an avid reader of fiction books with westerns and mysteries being my favorites.
